School conducts a written test followed by an interview in every new session which is based on CBSE curriculum. Students are placed in the merit-list and admitted in the particular according to their efficiency. No specific syllabus for the selection test is prescribed although a student seeking admission is expected to possess acceptable knowledge of general English, Math’s and Science subject. After written test a short Interview is also conducted by the board of DIPS. The candidate is graded as per his/her performance and suitability for the particular standard.

School Uniform

The school has a school uniform. The school uniform is compulsory on all class days. The students should come to the school with clean and complete uniform. In case of incomplete uniform the student can be sent back home. The following dress code has to be followed by the students.

Boys—bottle green pants, socks and pink check shirt with tie & belt.
Girls—bottle green skirt, socks and pink check shirt with tie & belt.

Enclosure for Admission

An admission form,An application,Birth Certificate & Blood Group Report, Bio data of student,Transfer Certificate & Progress Report Card of previous class,school leaving certificate,A copy of Aadhar Card of parents & student,Wellness Record duly signed by Physician,Community Certificate: for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Backward Class,Passport size Photos of Student(5 copies) & parents (2 copies each),Important for single Parent: if separated, please submit Guardianship papers,Stamped envelopes and a signed declaration letter of the guardian.

Guidelines for parents

  • Registration forms are to be filled and submitted to the school office within seven day of issue of Registration form.
  • Registration does not imply admission which is subject to admission test observation and interaction and the availability of seats.
  • 75% attendance is essential for promotion to the next higher class.
  • All the students must possess school diary, text books, note-books, stationary etc.
  • Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school, the school will not be responsible for any such loss.
  • Application for leave must be submitted a day in advance. It should be countersigned by the parent/guardian.
  • Students must come in clean, neat and tidy school uniform.
  • Students should obey house Captains and other students on duty.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the school during the school hours unless the parent/ guardians whose signatures are on the admission forms and the school diary come in the school.
  • School identity cards must be with the students on all working days.
  • Students should be regular in attendance.
  • The school reserves the right to taken stern action even to strike off the names of the students from the school rolls who are found guilty of misconducted.
  • It is compulsory for a student to attend the school on the first and the last day after summer vacation, Puja vacation and winter vacation. In case of failure students will be fined.
  • Parents are requested to go through their wards school diary regularly and sign the teacher’s remarks, if any.
  • PTA meetings should be regularly attended to discuss the performance and progress of the child.
  • Parents must check that the child carries books/not books according to time table.
  • Children should do their home work by themselves unless they require some guidance
  • For the best result parents must motivate and support their child establish a proper study area. Home work must be given a priority in the daily schedule.
  • In case home work has not been completed by the due date then it should be communicated clearly to the class teacher with reason that why the work was not done.
  • Parents are requested not to accompany their wards to the class rooms at arrival time. At dispersal time they should collect their wards from the school gate.
  • Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during school hours.In special cases, parents may be allowed to meet the teacher with prior permission from the principal/ academic incharge.
  • Parents should ensure that their wards do not bring any objectionable books, magazine, picture or any other material that may violate the disciplinary norms of the school. Otherwise the same will be destroyed in the presence of the student.
  • Parents are requested to refrain from sending lunch boxes/ notebook of their wards during school hours.
  • Parents should acknowledge the circular sent from school in the column provided in the Almanac.
  • Parents should use the “Leave Record” form in the diary when applying for leave or explaining the absence of their children.
  • In the event of collective damage to school property in class room or premises, relative students will be charged the cost of new book.
  • Library books should be taken care of and returned on the due date. Late fine after 7 days : Rs 5 perday will be imposed. Loss of book tobe repelaced with same book or current cost pf book to be paid.
